This website is a static, informational site about our studio and games. It does not set cookies, use analytics or advertising, and does not track visitors. There are no sign-in or contact forms; the contact address simply opens your own email application.
All fonts and images are served from our own server; the page loads nothing from third parties. The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes visitors’ IP addresses to deliver the page and protect it against attacks. Our server keeps standard access logs, including IP addresses, for security and operational purposes.

Your payment details (card number etc.) never reach us. Payments are processed by Apple (App Store), Google (Google Play) or, on web/desktop, by our payment provider Xsolla. We only receive confirmation that a payment completed.
We do not use your location, contacts, photos or microphone. We show no ads, use no advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID / IDFA), and do not track you across other apps or websites for advertising. We do not sell your data.
Usage analytics (optional). To improve our games we may collect usage statistics — Firebase Analytics in the mobile apps and Google Analytics 4 on web and desktop (relayed through our own server). This is off by default; it runs only if you turn on Settings › “Share usage data”, and you can turn it off again at any time. The data is pseudonymous — your name, email and messages are not sent, and no advertising identifier is used.
Push notifications (optional). If you allow notifications, your device’s push token is processed through Google Firebase Cloud Messaging so we can send you game and event notifications. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device or in-game settings.
We process personal data under KVKK Art. 5/2 (and the corresponding GDPR Art. 6 grounds) on the basis of: establishing and performing a contract (providing the game), complying with our legal obligations, establishing or protecting a legal right, and our legitimate interests (security, cheat prevention, improving the service). Push notifications and optional usage analytics are processed on the basis of your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1; GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

Some providers (for example Google, Apple, Xsolla, Resend) may operate servers abroad, including in the United States; such transfers are made in accordance with KVKK Art. 9 and, where applicable, Chapter V of the GDPR.
Our games are not directed at children under 13, and we close the accounts of users we learn are under 13. Users under 18 should play and make in-app purchases with their parents’ permission.
Passwords are stored only in a non-reversible hashed form and all connections are encrypted with HTTPS. Access to personal data is limited to authorised staff.
Under KVKK Art. 11 (and, where applicable, GDPR Arts. 15–22) you may learn whether your data is processed, request information and the purpose of processing, learn to whom it is transferred, request correction of incomplete or incorrect data, request deletion or destruction, object to processing, and claim compensation for damage. Send requests to [email protected]; we respond within 30 days at the latest. You can delete your account in the game at any time.
