These Terms govern your use of the games and website provided by [LEGAL COMPANY NAME] (“KORS Interactive”, “we”, “us”), including SeaSalvo. By creating an account, playing our games, or using this website, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Where this English text differs from the Turkish original, the Turkish version applies.

01Account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account; if you are under 18 you need your parent’s permission.
• You are responsible for the security of your account and password. Do not share your password with anyone.
• Accounts are personal; selling, renting or transferring an account is forbidden.
• You can delete your account at any time in the game (Settings › Account › Delete My Account); the process is described in the Privacy Policy.

02Rules of conduct

The following are forbidden:

• Swearing, insults, hate speech, harassment, threats, sexual content, and sharing personal information (including in chat, private messages and captain names)
• Cheats, bots, automation software, abusing game bugs, or interfering with game traffic
• Impersonating another player, an official, or a company
• Buying or selling in-game items, accounts or services for real money
• Advertising, spam and fraud

You can report inappropriate messages and players and block their private messages in the game. We review reports and apply warnings, chat mutes, and temporary or permanent bans for rule-breaking behaviour.

03Virtual items

• Pearls, gold, chests, keys, subscriptions and other in-game items are granted only as a personal, non-transferable licence to use in the game; they are not your property, have no real-money value and cannot be exchanged for money.
• Random-reward items (such as chests) show their possible rewards and odds in the game before opening.
• Purchases are subject to the terms of the platform that processed the payment (Apple App Store, Google Play, or our web/desktop payment provider); refund requests go through that platform’s refund process. Your rights under applicable consumer law are reserved.
• To keep the game balanced, we may change the properties, prices and odds of in-game items.

04Service

We provide the game “as is” and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may temporarily suspend the service and change the game’s content for maintenance, updates and technical reasons. If we end a game’s service, we will announce it a reasonable time in advance.

05Intellectual property

All content of our games and website (software, images, sounds, names, logos) belongs to [LEGAL COMPANY NAME] or its licensors and may not be copied, modified or distributed without permission.

06Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our games or website.

07Changes and governing law
